Someone hire my very gifted nephew. He is 12 years old and started playing drums over 10 years ago. He started banging on furniture (on beat) with straws and silverware before he turned 1 years old. He plays for his school band and church choirs. This is his passion and he deserves a chance. He loves ALL music from gospel, RB, rock and jazz.. Justin Bieber, Willow Smith or someone comtact my nephew and start a young adult band like Beyonce started an all girl's band.
