Apr 29, 2012 - Spent casings from factory testing is just about the neatest thing I've ever heard of. That's just too pretty. Ruger sure is doing a job on its own Mark series with this one by making it this cool.

LordTothe Says:

Apr 29, 2012 - How does this compare to the Walther P22?

Roland0314 Says:

May 2, 2012 - Better.

Roland0314 Says:

May 2, 2012 - Commy states require that casing to be sent in (maryland for ex)

May 2, 2012 - Nice job, nice review. Thanks.

May 3, 2012 - I was thinking the exact same thing.

chapiit08 Says:

May 3, 2012 - Cool but I don't thing it will ever come close to the Bersa Firestorm

Cameldactyl Says:

May 4, 2012 - Reported take down lever failure. Beware

Spud434 Says:

May 8, 2012 - Nice video. I've got an XDM 40 and wanted a .22 pistol for fun and teaching my girlfriend. I think you've sold me on this one!

Mike072385 Says:

May 10, 2012 - Digging the Walther look. I could use another good ol' 22 semi auto. What do these go for?

jsuther8903 Says:

May 11, 2012 - Reported from where?

MrDko9873 Says:

May 13, 2012 - the sr-22 needs to be a little bit heavier on the back end, you have to hold it up on the front side even with the bigger grip

May 14, 2012 - I don't comment on video's often, THIS is an excellent video. Your exhaustive review, as well as some others, has me decided on which .22lr pistol to purchase. Certainly a cheaper alternative to shootin' my 9mm.Then again, I could get a lot of 9mm ammo for just over $300 street price. But then, there wouldn't be aonther pistol in my collection. LOL. Looks like a great plinkin' gun. Thanks again.

May 15, 2012 - You are a pretty damn good reviewer. Clear, concise and well organized. The little transition effects were pretty smooth as well. Been talking myself into a mosquito for a long time because a 22 45 or any other mk3 is just to dang heavy for my little girls to cut their teeth on. Going to the guns shop today to get one of these instead. Is it accurate?

May 15, 2012 - 6:05 I laughed at "birdie finger." Great review. I will definitely consider this as my first gun purchase.

May 17, 2012 - Great review. After watching the field stripping section you convinced me that I'd prefer this over the Walther. Thanks.

May 19, 2012 - Guys. it's a 289.00 pistol...suck it up!

onebigkahuna69 Says:

May 19, 2012 - My next gun...I've been looking at 22LR 1911's but it seems that they have problems with shooting cheap bulk ammo.I own (in the Ruger line) an LCP,SR9 and a 10/22 and just now in the last two weeks a 10/22 takedown and wanted a 22lr pistol and this has come down to the one i want..cheap and well built and designed and can shoot cheap ammo.

Cameldactyl Says:

May 20, 2012 - Various unofficial internet sources. I am aware this does not validate their credibility. However, I would not discount a youtube or other blog review of a firearm solely on that. When seeing reoccurring evidence of a firearm misbehaving, one starts to question the product in question.

RECONDO101st Says:

May 22, 2012 - I almost got a 10/22 takedown yesterday, I ended up getting an HK USP 9 with Truglo night sights and 3 mags. I need a good 22LR

May 23, 2012 - I bought the SR-22 and loved it, nice feel, shot well (but didn't like to load cheap Winchester bulk hollow-points), and seemed well built, nice sights. BUT.....I found the magazine release hard to operate, it's ambidexterous and is very stiff. I really had trouble with the left side so had to change my grip and use the right side of the release which was awkward. I was talking to the owner of the store I got the pistol at and he also had trouble with it. Test it well before you buy.

May 26, 2012 - I really want this gun lol. So neat. You guys should checkout my channel for some other guns including the SW 500!
