May 24, 2011 - hey have a great "emergency call" service! My couch was to big to fit the elevator and i had to call them in the middle of the night! The phone contact person was very patient and sent me a team that disassembled and reassembled it quickly. I will definitely recommend Dr Sofa to all my friends.

May 26, 2011 - I was pleased with the service provided by Dr. Sofa the two service men were polite an professional. The entire task took no more than an hour and I was very pleased with the final outcome in regard to my sofa.
